uncomfortable sofa bed non-working lifts
Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, so I found something acceptable.
The sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable for my daughter. Half the lifts were not working to our floor. It caused some inconvenience.

excellent stay
comfy beds spacious room perfect location
i found the beds to be very comfy and the room was quite spacious. breakfast was lovely with various choices. the location was perfect for access to olympic park venues as well.
I noticed used cups were not taken away each day. They remained in the room. some days, fresh towels looked while other days, they did not. i saw visible dirt on the bedside table surfaces upon check-in.

the breakfast offered a wide variety with fresh options which was a great start to the day. the hotel features a restaurant on the 18th floor in addition to a bar on the first floor. i observed many choices at the breakfast buffet.

the hotel is near stratford tube station making access to other areas easy. it sits close to stratford international station too. the hotel provides convenient access to central areas. westfield shopping centre is located nearby.

the hotel includes blackout curtains. i used the convenient lift to reach upper floors. staff demonstrated friendly service throughout the premises. the hotel is modern including great features .
